Anduin is NOT my king

Well… Sylvanas wasn’t ‘my’ warchief but I still had to deal with her going into a needless war and ‘support’ her while she does the most obvious thing that anyone who isn’t blind could see coming from a mile away.

Who would have thought that the character said that the Forsaken were arrows in her quiver would see those who she leads as nothing more than tools and pawns for her own mechanization?

Anduin made the ultimate sacrifice in order to end this bloodshed.

And by ultimate sacrifice I mean forgetting Teldrassil. He made that sacrifice having Tyrande suffer it for him.

Anduin is a sly King.

Honestly I wish the other Horde leaders back during Tedressial would’ve loaded Sylvanas into the catapult saying, ‘You want to burn that tree so bad? Do it yourself!’

Sadly that’s not the case due to them trusting Vol’jin, who later was revealed to have been misled. So we get played by the Jailer, who, through Sylvanas, got thousands up on thousands of free souls.

Honestly, I hope part of Torghast is done in the ‘Sins of the Past’ where the eternally suffering souls of those fed wholesale to the Maw from missteps on both sides of the faction fence show up and demand ‘Why?!’

A full on victory for either side may be the real WoW killer people have talked about

Plenty of people knew once N’zoth was data mined

BfA wasn’t about fighting for which faction took control but Battling to protect Azeroth from the void.

And if that is how the game will end and If it is the Horde that gets defeated I will stand with the Horde and loss with it. But can’t say much for other people I would have a feeling a lot would jump ship and join the Alliance for the final fight.

If by committing genocide you mean higher standards, I’d hate to see what you call low standards. The horde has proven time and time again that they can not be trusted. Every time an opportunity presents itself the horde go on the offensive. There is something seriously wrong with the horde. Tauren, blood elves, the Darkstar tolls can stay. But orcs should be sent back to Outland and the undead need to be clensed. They are unfit to live on azeroth. The crimes against azeroth they have commited are unredeamable

Anduin IS my king. :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:
You don’t like him?
The Horde was already scarred by Sylvanas. After she ran away, I don’t think it’s really brilliant idea to rip off the Horde again.
But I admit, his attitude was way too soft, though. This will be changed in the future.

Anyway I’m just curious. Lorewise. Are there any ally/horde leaders who ever demanded reparations to the other side after winning the war?

The alliance victory seemed to cost more then the Horde defeat.

Anduin doubted being able to take Orgrimmar WITH the Saurfang supporters. The loyalists could have won.

We see him unable to aid the Night Elves, and Genn speaks of having to send farmers off to war next.

The Horde lost the warfronts, but obviously had power if the Sylvanas loyalists alone could hold the combined Alliance and Horde rebels off.

Now the Horde is re unified. And you think the Alliance has the military advantage? Maybe if the story had let Sylvanas win, and had their been a fight between both forces that allowed the player character to be shoehorned back into the story despite their choice to choose Saurfang. Then maybe they’d been on even playing field. But as of now the Horde I would say is in a better position.

Sylvanas’s words at the beginning of the expansion really ring true to the end “You’ve won… nothing”

Not really. Sure the alliance won both warfronts, but not without cost. Then there was the Azshara business. When the alliance joined Saurfang’s rebels they were on their last legs. They were lucky that Sylvanas peaced out and that the remaining horde leaders are cool.

The doofus humans won’t even take back Kalimdor.

Because we have a bigger threat than smacking around the Horde some more. It’s called “hey, there’s an Old God that wants to destroy everything.”

Horde messed up. They had to oust another leader. Let’s leave them alone to work their stuff out, mkay?

No… Alliance won. And we are in better status. Of course we had our damage, so it would be difficult to have Orgrimmar, but it doesn’t change the fact.
The Horde looks okay because Anduin is a peace lover and thought the Horde could be friends.
So, many Alliance players don’t like his way of thinking, well I can’t blame them. I’m just trying to defend my king :upside_down_face:

As a Horde player and Sylvanas Loyalist, I would LOVE for Genn or Tyrande to seize control of the Alliance and start up another war, to keep feeding the Jailer (and Sylvanas) the power they need for whatever they have planned.

Also, Anduin is dumb as dirt. Everyone thinks Sylvanas started the Fourth War on a whim, and maybe she did…
But Anduin almost started the Fourth War on accident. Which is almost worse. He brought Calia Menethil to a peaceful meeting between Forsaken and Humans, which is just about the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard.

What an idiot.

Haha I can’t defend that.
Although he asked Calia beforehand about her intention… well the responsibility is on him anyway.
And he was not that good strategist at Lordaeron either. Hope blizz have some plan about him. Really.

Even with all that do you think that would stop Sylvanas from spitting in your face after getting away like a thief?

Any kind of retribution or reparation would be hollow as the Banshee Queen, the “master mind” slipped from between your fingers.

The lack of self-awareness in the massive costs of resources and manpower to stamp out constant rebellions or civil unrest that would be unsolvable is noted.

There exists cultures that will never, ever ever ever ever ever blend.

Not really, in our world yes because we’re all just humans but with diverse species it would be relatively easy to determine who needs to be where. Army strolling through a farm " Hmmmmm you green people shouldn’t be here anymore grab your pigs and start walking or die like the peons you are" now is it very charitable no. In fact it’s downright cruel and would lead to a lot of displaced horde members starving to death on the road to whatever internment camps the alliance decides to stick them in this time around.

That would make it ten times harder actually.

Not sure I can take the RP outrage of a guy named Aoespammage seriously, guy. Alts or not.
