No.

Varian wouldn’t allow this.

How about we bring back Voljin instead? Varian had his heroic death while Voljin was killed by a noname scrub #190290.

Sides, Anduin still has room to grow. You see how he decked Wrathion? I mean, if it were Varian, Wrathion might’ve gotten knocked unconscious, but man that right hook must have hurt.

Anduin exchanging places with Varian? Highly unlikely imo. What I COULD see happening though is Thrall sacrificing himself so that everyone else who was kidnapped could escape. If anyone were to be fully resurrected in Shadowlands it would probably be Saurfang.

I would rather just see him overthrown. After being dethroned, Anduin becomes what he always wanted to be … a priest.

I hope so. I miss Varian the chin  And I miss Voljin two tusks. Edit. I guess one tusk since one broke when he face planted the dirt when the demon stabbed him.

Yeah, “unexpected” doesn’t mean good. This is a trash idea.

Or we can let Anduin develop and grow up on as a character. The dudes a kid who made stupid mistakes.

He’ll learn eventually peace with The Horde is a pipe dream and he’ll start ordering the tanks over their farms like a proper king.

How is a pile of dust going to do anything?

Only plot twist I want to see is at the end of SL, we kill Sylvanas, then we use the Dragon balls to wish Voljin back.

I mean sounds cool but youre forgetting that his dad is Arthas.

Varian got disenchanted, which should have included his soul.

No Shadowlands for him.

He bent the knee to the horde and gave Varian sword away. No thanks.

Anduin should just stay there.

That way Genn will be in charge and we can go back to slugging it out.

So the plot of Supernatural, then.

That would undercut the point of Varian’s sacrifice. He did that with his son in mind. He would have no reason to live if the only reason he returned was due to the death of his son who hadn’t even seen his twentieth year of life yet.

OMG this would be a dream. I mean this is one time in wow history I am actually jealous of the Horde. Yes you have no leader which is more than I can say for the boy queen we have.

Chained to a wall for dart practice. I bet Tyrande would like to toss a few at him too.
