N’zoth on LFR is a prime example of why LFR shouldn’t even exist. If you are too lazy to even get your cloak, which is handed to you after a quest-line, then you really aren’t there to see the content.
That is always the claim, that “everyone should be able to see the content”. If you aren’t even getting the cloak which is tied behind story line, then your “I want to see all content” argument goes straight out the window.
LFR right now is only there for free loot. It should be removed already.
Doing that questline over and over and over on all your alts? No thanks!

Nah. Stick to your normal raids, since that’s all you probably do, and go back to ignoring LFR if you don’t like it.
Anyone can try to do any content this game offers, regardless of their gear items or levels. They may not always succeed but they are entitled to try.

Then why not just not do LFR if that’s something you don’t want to experience.
I’m not going to say do away with LFR, but I will say there is an issue when you’re not willing to do the required work to get what you need to handle a mechanic that makes you a detriment to not just yourself, but the group you’re with. Then expect loot when all you did was be a 100% liability.
That is a problem. Just get your cloak please, it’s not hard, and throwing this out there. When we’re coming up on a new expansion. Bouncing between a dozen alts seems a smidge counter productive to being ready for Shadowlands.
That’s not how WoW or any other MMO ever works.

LFR does not affect your sleep, monthly income, physical health in any way
So why are you worried about what other people are doing

Others just want to see the story without low-agency hacks trying to get endboss loot.

Technically it does, actually. I can join a heroic dungeon and put on all greys if I want to, I can sign up for LFR as a healer but switch to dps. The only thing that will stop me is if other players notice. 
That’s certainly how FF14 works, since one of their rules is we can’t “infringe on other players’ playstyles”.
As someone who actively plays both FF 14 and WoW. That is 100% false.
Assuming the game even lets you queue, that is a very fast way to being blacklisted and good luck even getting into a duty finder queue.
Keep LFR and IMO, remove or alter the cloak-requiring mechanic from LFR N’Zoth.
It’s so odd to me that people complain about an option they don’t have to participate in.
Also OP let LFR stay, LFR N’zoth has been the funniest thing I’ve participated in, in a long while
