On the character that actually opened the Ancient Waygates I can’t use them.
Other level 70 characters I have are not having this problem.
This character, paladin, has gone to the Forbidden Reach and was the first to use the Waygate there when it was open to use. My mage has also gone there and uses the Waygate.
Both my warrior and warlock have used the Waygate today without issue. The warlock more than once.
Open to suggestions please.
I have this same problem on my paladin!!! It hurts to see you havent had a reply yet meaning its probably being ignored.
I’m honestly surprised anyone even uses this thing, I have it unlocked almost fully apart from one or two I think and never bother because they didn’t do the most logical thing and put one of the transporter pads in the main city.

Are you sure the debuff hasn’t expired? They’re on a 30 min cooldown per character.
i havent been able to use it for 3 weeks.
Going to offer a bump to this thread as the waygates (the one in the Forbidden Reach this time around) still seems to be inoperable and greyed out despite attempting to use it on the character that unlocked it. There are no quests for me to do over so at quite the loss.
ive had an issue where i cant turn in a quest for the waygates. “A Gateway To Somewhere” Quest giver disappears - i haven’t had issue with actually taking them though.
I have been having the same issue, I can open the waygate, but when selecting a destination, nothing happens. I see other players use it while I am standing there, so it isn’t broken for them.
I just disabled the addon InFlight Taxi Timer and was able to successfully use the waygate again.
