As a horde in Kul Tiras it’s difficult to do the quests with the 5-10 other horde as there are generally 20-40 ally camping the quest areas. Literally just camping. Even with that there are always 5-10 horde in warmode doing the incursion quests.
I have yet to see an alliance during an incursion on Zandalar, maybe it’s just luck, maybe it’s just sharding, maybe ally players just need a raid group to feel safe in warmode because that’s the kind of player that chooses ally. I don’t know, as the title reads, just an observation.
I saw a fair number of Alliance players when doing the invasions in Zandalar solo, in groups, and in raids. I saw more Horde, though. I think it’s just that you see more Horde on Zandalar, and more Alliance in Kul Tiras, which should be unsurprising.

It’s not a matter of more or less, it’s a matter of some and none at all. Of course I’m only here because another WQ (non incursion) is being camped by another ally raid.
edit: a new WQ, a new alliance raid. It actually started out as a fun WPvP, it was 1v2 (me vs two of them), then it was 2v2, then it was 2v3 then it was 3v3, then it quickly became 3v10. They are still here btw.
another quick edit: went in 1v1 against a warrior, died within 15 seconds to a 1v4, you guys are just sad sacks.
Start a group instead of whining.

Dude just join a group for a boss, kill the boss and not leave group. If 100 alliance are stacked on one shard. The other shard will have close to nothing cause its either raid grouo or nothing for them.
Be smart, no point charging into a wall made of filth again and again. In the end you will end up covered i filth
Horde do the same thing when the incursions are in their zones. Stop trying to peg it as an alliance only thing.

Should we not jump in when an allied player is in a fight? That would be lame.

If you want 2v2 the arena is there waiting for you.

Bro, you’re honor level 6. When’s the last time you even stepped into an arena?

I’m surprised they helped each other honestly. That hasn’t been my experience overall. They only have cajones in droves. The local defense channel is your friend, use it. We answer the calls often.
Yesterday’s incursion I joined a raid after I finished my quests and we couldn’t find any big raids to fight. Group disbanded from boredom. As soon as I was solo, boom, Alliance everywhere. So yes, sharding has a lot to do with it.

Im not saying horde dont do it. But you have to agree that if there is an incursion there is immediately an alliance raid group there.
Edit: and my trick works both ways. Alliance can use it to shard hop too =) Its an all purpose solution.
You’re getting on some weird dead shards then because the horde does it too.
And what are you supposed to do in the said raid group … you can’t complete most quests in a group …
You clearly don’t understand how to use a raid group with phasing to complete quests. Our guild completes incursions on mains and Alts, WM on, mostly solo, in Horde and Alliance zones. It’s doable.
And then we group and hunt.
It’s WAR MODE. If you don’t like it, turn it off.
Like most people insta leave group when the boss dies. So usually i always end up alone. When i right click my name there is an option to leave party but i dont. And the alliance deatb ball would be missing
