An Issue with Quest "An Unexpected Message"

An Unexpected Message, Fire Mage Sword.

I get to the part where it says meet archmage modera in hillsbrad. I try to go down to the portals but the portal to hillsbrad doesn’t show up.

I abandoned the quest and tried it again. I disabled add-ons. I ran really far away and it still doesn’t show up.

I put down a ticket but one of the game masters told me I would be better off posting a forum post so here I am.

They removed the new dalaran portal some weeks ago for some dumb reasons, if you want to get there fast use your teleport to dalaran crater (remember to use slow fall) or teleport to Undercity and fly from there

I would do that, but since I’m only level 10, I can’t teleport to any city, and I guess it’s too late to switch to a different artifact.
