An idea to improve mythic raid participation

Not for the people who care about achievements, CE, HoF. My proposal changes literally nothing for those guilds since they would still have to run the raid with exactly 20. It could even be a weekly toggle that would force a guild to choose each week whether they want to lock in at exactly 20 for achievements or allow flex where they won’t be eligible for achievements even if they happen to have exactly 20 for some fights.

This is just bad.

You’ll create another raider io situation to rectify an ingame issue.

You don’t need an in-game sanctioned achievement.
