Quest mount died, then I died. Respawned, summoned new mount, it won’t use Frozen Deathbolt but it uses Devour Humanoid. Died again because of bug, got new summon, still has bug. Dismounted, summoned again, still won’t use Frozen Deathbolt, tried reload UI, still won’t use Frozen Deathbolt.
I was having the same issue, I dropped the quest then reaccepted it. The issue still persisted, I dropped the quest again, logged out then back in, accepted the quest once more and the frozen deathbolt worked this time.
