An Armored Charge quest

I’m trying to figure out how to get the quest “An Armored Charge” from Bargus on Siren Isle, and there’s just nothing.

I’ve asked around in-game and the consensus is that you just complete all the quests and it’s there, but I’ve done that and still nothing.

Anyone got any insight?

Are you doing it on a Dwarf, Dark Iron, or Earthen? Those are the only races this quest will appear for, in case you’re on that Night Elf toon.
