An Amazing New Class!

Blizzard,

I have an idea for an incredible new class that you just have to implement which would be SO popular!

This class personifies nature and uses nature magic and its innate connection with the wild to defend Azeroth. Along with Nature they also have a connection to the moon via arcane damage and can use the power of the moon and stars to smite their foes.

This class would be incredibly versatile because it could deal damage, tank, and heal through its unique ability to SHAPESHIFT into different forms!

Wait…all of this sounds kind of familiar…

Where have I seen this before?

Wait…THE DRUID!!! THAT’S IT! THERE IS A DRUID CLASS!!!

Blizzard, did you know this? You may have forgotten after all since they have been VIRTUALLY IGNORED except to drop in and NERF them every now and then. Otherwise, NOTHING!

My main spec- BALANCE (MOONKIN) is DEAD LAST on the dps list, not by a little- BY A LOT!

It’s been this way for quite a while. Given this, what has Blozzard done to improve their situation? We just went through a big patch cycle and started a new season! We were getting updates for almost all the classes as Blizzard diligently worked on them and retuned them each… ALL EXCEPT FOR THE FRIGGIN DRUID!!!

Each time an update came out I checked for news for Balance- each day- NOTHING!!! You worked on almost every single other class EXCEPT FOR THE DRUID!!! The class that needed help the most!!!

I am furious that you have allowed this to happen and neglected it for so long. I am furious that I have to work TWICE as hard to accomplish HALF of what a shadow priest can do right now.

Do you know how terrible it feels to have your favorite spec be literal crap? To have to struggle so hard just to get by because your CLASS is holding you back?

No, I’m not switching/ this is my MAIN. There is no excuse to allow the Druid to be in this state.

BUFF THE DAMN MOONKIN NOW!!!

Balance seems to do just fine whenever I’m grouped with one. I dunno whether this means you’re bad or I’m bad. :dracthyr_lulmao:

Dude, my balance druid struggles in Mythic content to keep up with numbers. If I land second top DPS, it’s a miracle of timing my trinkets and CD. I have noticed that Balance feels very tiring to play in content like that compared to other classes so far. And shadow priests are just… =.= Good for them.

I know this language gets tossed around everywhere, but I’ll still say that this is probably the first time I’ve heard shadow be compared favorably to another spec all expansion long, especially for dungeons. This is foreign territory to me.

Funny enough, guildies were just talking about boomkins last night.

Apparently, Boomkins complain about everything and by that they meant everything. Guess this just tracks for Boomkin behavior.

We complain because we have a RIGHT to complain. It’s not just me. Check wowhead right now and look at their dps tier list. Balance is DEAD LAST. they have been bad all expansion frankly and no, it’s not just me, and no, it’s not a talent issue.

I can use the same level of talent ona “good spec” right now, say shadow, elemental, arcane, etc and then in my book in and have 25% less damage. That isn’t a gameplay issue.

Idk about the class design itself, but it certainly could use some more love in terms of additional races & animal forms etc :]

You may have a point to your complaint, but referring to tier list on day 1 of week 1 with most data coming from the previous tier raid is not a winning argument.

I’ve been playing Oomkin since vanilla, it’s always sucked. But something about that spec makes me never give up.

Lol druid is easily the most favored and pampered class in the game. Nothing even comes close to devoted resources. Youll be fine.
