Just an example of two MAJOR in-game issues caused by Blizzard in the past year where I feel the customer service is lacking (to say the least). This in combination with the auto-replies to in-game tickets that direct you to Wowhead and/or don’t resolve your problem at all.
Mind you, there was never a fix to the Guild Bank deletions, and those people (including myself, who has an alt with years-worth of Guild Bank tabs for storing prior expansion mats/items) were just screwed out of their items with no form of payback…
As a long time player (can check my Armory) - this is not a good look so far this expansion.
