Bring it on! We’ve been in battles long enough that missing limbs would be a thing.
For example, they can make it so transmog shirts/chestpieces don’t cover the arm fully to see the prosthetic or just show up as a short sleeve if there’s no arm at all.
Also: scars for everyone. Faces and full body. Ripped ears, etc.

Also, not saying amputees or scars are ugly, but I would like my character to BE ugly. There’s too many “resting on pretty” options

Do you play with your monitor off to imitate the blindness or do you just add it as part of backstory?
Do the same with the arm 
Actually I just play with my glasses off and it emulates the effect

This would unironically be a pretty cool full arm covering hand transmog. I can see it being popular with undead players.
Would be awesome to have altered animations if you are missing a limb. But, for obvious reasons, this would be severely limited and probably exclusive to a single race / combo kind of like Dracthyr and Evoker.
Someone earlier said Mechagnome, and I’m still cringing.
A peg leg would go perfect with the Plunderstorm set
