Amplify curse macro help

Is it possible to make a macro that will cast amplify curse and a curse together with a modifier but without modifier it just casts the curse without amplify?

I don’t have a Warlock to test on, but this is the basic template to use to add a non-GCD ability conditionally to a macro:

#showtooltip
/cast [mod] Amplify Curse
/cast NameOfCurse
