The above links are to an image of the quest I picked up from Dr. Dealwell in Tanaris, and the Wowhead link for the quest he gives me.
He talks about ‘welcome to Zul’Drak’ while being next to the Arena in Gadgetzan. He also talks about his troll friend, who is very much not present.
I really don’t think you’re supposed to be able to pick up this quest for Zul’drak from the version of this NPC in Tanaris.
I also cannot accept the quest Thunderdrome: The Ginormus! despite being able to (sometimes) see it on Dr. Dealwell.
