Still only gives old values, tooltip reads it should give 7261 str/agi/int buff at 645ilevel but buff (and stat page) is only showing a 3519 increase

can confirm that the stats only increase 1/2 of the tooltip on the trinket

Tested this on the training dummy and I am getting the correct amounts? Maybe it was hotfixed. Or another ItemID? Got mine 2 days ago.
Appears to be fixed after patch today
