As title says, FSR causes significant FPS decreases. Choose FSR from the graphics pulldown. Reduce scaling to 75-80%. Watch it not work.
This has been broken since Fall 2023.

Yes I posted about it months ago also. I actually tried it this morning to see if it’s changed since prepatch and nope still a significant fps decrease.
Really the only reason why I even thought of using it is to keep power/fan levels down. Max settings with ray tracing can max the 3070ti at higher fps levels and the fans can get pretty loud.
I remember reading something a while back about how it’s the Liquid Detail option that messes with FSR. If you set it to either of the two lowest options, FSR should supposedly work.
I tried that a couple of hours earlier and can confirm an FPS improvement.

My fans went supersonic when I logged in today despite my computer being spotless. (now that I bought a case with a window and can actually see the funk accumulating inside)
