Hey friends,

Having a bit of an issues with wife’s PC. She has an AMD graphics card (don’t know which one off the top of my head, I can look it up later after work if needed) and she keeps getting a driver error pop-up.

I’m not PC tech savvy, but I went to the AMD site and updated her driver’s (the recommended package) and she’s still receiving the pop up error.

I read you can use amd clean up tool or ddu but I’m afraid with my extremely limit knowledge that I’ll mess up her PC.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Maybe mention what the pop-up actually says. Not an interpretation - what it says verbatim. Otherwise there’s no way to tell if it’s saying it’s not compatible or just that she’s out of drive space.
