ok, so. I’m logged on to my battle net account and I’m going to claim the battle bear mount. My husband already used our prime gaming account to claim his, so I was using my sister’s prime to claim mine as she’s not a gamer at all. I do the whole amazon log in through my browser and click the “link accounts” button. Well, stupid me didn’t check that my husband was still logged in on his battle net on the browser, and so it redirects to battle net and links his to my sisters prime gaming account. I know how to delete it from battle nets side, but it’s still showing its linked from amazon’s side. I’ve spent nearly an hour looking up how to unlink and relink accounts from prime’s and can’t find anything. Has anyone else had this problem and figured out how to fix it? I would so appreciate the help because I’m about to lose my mind!
Late to the same issue myself, but apparently this had been an unsolvable problem for years- once a Battlenet account got linked to a Prime one, it was stuck forever showing that one, no matter which side you tried disconnecting and reconnecting a new one!
But, apparently, in only the past few days, Amazon finally made a page to show the real connection to your account here: https://www.amazon.com/gg/links
It worked for me!
If you’re still trying to fix this, or anyone else who may have the same problem, this should finally work! It shows the right account on the Twitch Prime redemption page for the bear now.
Thank you sooo much, this did the trick! I had the same issue (my prime was somehow linked to my gf’s bnet) and was breaking my head over it, neither prime gaming or twitch support were helpful.
