So first hi second I want to create an Amazon themed character that only ever uses polearm weapons due to the fact They are my preferred weapon … would it be better to be a Warrior Arms, or a Surival hunter or some other class for it?
Arms warrior for sure. You can mog pretty much anything into a pole arm and your entire schtick is based around 2h weapon strikes

Survival hunter is your best best for being a polearm-only user. It also has the benefit of being a really fun spec to play.

So surival 4 most polearm things but arms 4 its 2hand strikes t.t might have to coin flip …

Actually both of my arms warriors use pole arms .
My Kul Tiran one uses a pole arm that looks like a tridant to go with the nautical theme.
Probably Night elf, they sort of have an Amazon theme.

Arms and Surv are both good calls, but you gotta decide whether you want a mail or plate transmog.
Additionally, Arms focuses almost exclusively on melee martial prowess, while Survival has traps, a pet, and some ranged attacks.
Of the two, Mail has more options I would consider Amazon-y. Plate has more Knight-in-shining-armor themes than anything.
I’d go Arms Warrior. You can mog any 2-hander into a Polearm anyway.
Survival Hunter. No doubt!
If you want to go as a Hunter Amazon type, then I recommend the Dragon rider’s chest from islands. It has tribal markings on the arms and chest.
If you want more like a Amazon knight, then go Arms. It is really a flip on what kind of Amazon arch type you want to play as.
Gameplay-wise hunters are traditionally more survivable than warriors, Arms warriors, in particular, can have some sustain issues compared to other classes.
That might not matter in lieu of the theme and class balance changes all the time.
I am a fan of hunters myself.
For an amazon char?
Survival hunter, Troll or Night elf.
Arms warrior could work i guess depending on transmogs.
Personally, I think the animations that work best with a polearm are Monks. A Night Elf Brewmaster or Windwalker (can’t remember if WW still allows 2H) Monk is probably the closest to an Amazon.
Plus, they wear leather so you get a lot of those animal skin and fur xmogs that I don’t think you’ll find in mail and plate.

Either or, just make sure it’s a Night Elf or Orc, I personally would go with Arms Warrior as I don’t exactly like Pets but it’s up to you.
Survival seems like the best amazon in my mind.
I think Night Elf or Zandalari, maybe Orc.
Personally I use a Polearm on this character because I love the animations; so much swishing and dance-like acrobatic strikes. Plus c’mon, this polearm just screams “unholy abomination weapon”.
I could see using a Zandalari or reg troll as a Amazonian class. Nelf faces seem too angelic to me unless they have a more harsh facial option. Both races are the best choices for a Amazonian looking race.
