Really appreciate the amount of changes we’ve been getting, they’re really good and well targetted, almost as if you are actively watching games, however, non-shuffle 3s (and 2s) participation is really really low.

They need to boost the rated honor gains in 2s and 3s massively. Even a slight cq buff would be good.
Beyond the usual “I don’t want to LFG if I can soloq” for me the bigger issue is that 1 5-1 round caps a vault box. A few rounds of shuffle - even with queue times - massively outperform 2s and 3s in both vault honor and conquest.
Which for a lot of casual players is why they queue any rated bracket at all.

All I wanna do is get queues within a reasonable time-frame. Something mirroring the time it takes to find a LoL match, OW2 match (they’ve improved role-queue balance massively over there lately) etc.
Once we can PLAY the game, then they can prio other stuff and look at honor gains etc. - non-shuffle is just going to be a thing of the past tbh. Team arenas right now feels like playing a typical arena shooter (TF2 or something) in the era when PUBG was blowing up… not a perfect analogy but the SS matches just feel like more of an event, and if queues were down they would be far, far more convenient to get into than team arenas in a game with a busted structure when it comes to community and shared spaces etc.
Dps v dps queues need to be added.
I’m so sick of waiting 30+ min to get queues to get a healer who is at our MMR and a healer who hasn’t had one game in SS.
The healer who had games went 6-0 the other went 0-6. It’s the worst design of a matchmaking I’ve seen in a while. You literally get a handicap when the worse healer is on your team.
It’s not LoS it’s not not popping defensives it’s literally a good healer vs bad healer and we the dps are paying for their learning experience by getting 3-3 games with no rating push.

The player base fled rated arena to RSS… The reason is players got sick of being farmed at 1200 by 2400+ RMT boosters, RMT account Pilots and Bots.
