I am of 13 years of age, I am not particularly good at WoW but I wouldn’t go as far to say I’m bad. I have been playing for almost 3-4 months now, I love to raid and deal with the challenges that are faced with bosses, however everyone I play with is a lot older than me which can make me feel uncomfortable knowing that if I mess up I get a 30 year old yelling at me in discord, that doesn’t bother me much but should I not be playing am I too young, Am i not knowledgeable enough to know what is happening?
Best raider I ever played with at the time was 15. Not saying you won’t get yelled at if you mess something up, but that’s usually the sign to go elsewhere. Raiding doesn’t have to be, and usually isn’t, an environment of military discipline.
The game needs young people, so I hope you stick around.
Wow this person sounds awful. There are toxic people everywhere, it’s not your responsibility though. If you are 13, you are old enough to play wow. Find a good guild. Never give your real contact info out to anyone. You’ll be fine.

That’s ok… as a 30+ year old, I get 13 year olds headshotting me from 15 miles away in CoD and then telling me how much time they’ve spent with my mother.
Sorry if you were my son I wouldn’t let you play wow you’re too young and I presume your parents are paying for you account. My son didn’t interact with the internet till he was 16 and was aware of dangers out there. But each to their own I suppose that’s just me.
This is what’s wrong with this game now. No one came out of their momma knowing how to play every class to its fullest ability, nor did they understand every encounter… but, that’s how most people act these days. Zanty, I’m sorry that you have had these issues, but don’t let it ruin the game for you. If you and your friends that are new to the game ever want to run some dungeons at a relaxed pace that will actually allow you to figure out what you are doing and why, add me to your friends list and I will be more than happy to help you out if I’m online. I guarantee you won’t get yelled at even if you mess up and wipe the group. That sort of crap is ruining this game.
might be hard for you to get into since this game is mostly old people who demand perfection out of you. You probably wont ever get to play PvP because there is no Solo Q at all. WoW is indeed a old game with a very outdated infrastructure
