…that has no intention of worrying about pathfinder (flying) in BFA?
I like the idea of flying in the new expansion area… but have no problem just using flight paths to get around. I also didn’t bother with it in Legion.

Yes and no …
I worry about it because if we do not continue to do it or complain about it and become complaicent , they will go see people don’t care about flying and then they will take out a qol aspect of the game.
After that happens what will be the next qol aspect of WoW they will try to get rid of once the realize we as players have become so apathetic in regards to how the devs treat the player base.

I don’t really care about flying. It’s nice to have, but it’s not gamebreaking for me to not have it.

I don’t particularly care ether way if I can fly or not, the content is what keeps me playing.
Il be content being grounded until I naturally get flight, then I will fly.
Rinse and repeat every expansion.

We have a neighbor that build a sign and they put it outside of there house when football season is in. Its basically over the whole kneeling down thing and they want everyone to know there is no NFL football in their house.
But yea I want flight ASAP. I feel like a large reason subs are down is simply over flight. There is no reason to gate it this long.

At first I thought it would be nice to have but as the weeks and months past, I lost all care about it. I have figured out the paths of least resistance and know how to get to the places I need to be rather quickly.
I’m sure they are going to insert another rep grind for it and after doing that on several characters already, I’m good.
I could care less.
Basically that is exactly what they want us to do. Quit caring about it so they can remove it from the game all together. I really feel like the biggest reason they withhold it at this point is spite. They can’t stand people mass unsubbed in WOD over flight so they are acting like children about it now.

Not really to me either. I enjoy flying and will get Pathfinder right away, but being grounded isn’t a big deal for me. I’ll learn the best routes, take a flight path, I’ll survive.
I do still agree Pathfinder is gated for too long though. The mid-patch is a little overkill.
I do Pathfinder to give myself a goal to do.
I think the reason it feels like overkill this time around is 8.2 is taking WAY to long to release. So people have run out of things to do and can hyper focus on something they want because there’s really nothing else to do.
As for the OP, I hate being grounded. I love flying to explore the zones in ways that don’t involve taking a glider from the top of Dazar’Alor or wall jumping up cliff faces. Flight does actually improve my gameplay because I have a lot more fun in the air.

But it wont save BfA. If content sucks before flying it will continue to suck after. Flying just makes the sucky content less tedious is all

I fund my sub through herb/mineral farming, so I sorta need to keep up with the latest improvements in transportation.
I am not “worried” about it, because I don’t expect to have to go out of my way to get it.

Flight should have been added to BfA about six months ago.
From a design perspective adding flying in the first place was a mistake, they should have made it something that was only ever possible in the broken areas of Outland. One of the reasons that it was a mistake, however, was that once added, something like that can never be taken away.
I don’t worry about Pathfinder, it will happen organically, but hey, flying is fun, and I look forward to seeing the environment design of the new zones from the air.
I don’t really care that much about flying either as I’m more of a ground mount guy and I love my trike. I do however agree with the majority in that once you earn the Pathfinder achievement flying should unlock.
It came out far too late for me to care about wanting or needing it.
It should’ve been available with 8.1. Nearly a year after release? I’m so apathetic towards it… it’s no longer a bonus or desired thing for me.
