Am I the only one who thinks Dracthyr dont fit the game?

If it is not a fact… or opinion, in your words, then what is it?

Do you really not understand the difference between a verifiable fact and an opinion?

Allow me to rephrase… if it is not a fact, then what would you call it?

Nothing numerical is opinion. What. Math has nothing to do with opinions. This is nuts.

…you can have an opinion about anything.

Im going to reply to this one more time.

You cannot have an opinion that 2+2 doesnt = 4.

Opinions are subjective, not objective.

Fixed it for ya

I dunno. It feels like blizz doesn’t understand the concept of ‘epic adventure’.
Simply adding some big lore things without proper background just because you’ve got to boost player engagement numbers doesn’t work well in a game like this.

Not to mention Blizz doesn’t have a great track record for supporting things either.

They fit like a glove wdm?

Blizzard broke race and class lore long ago. At this point they are just throwing in a random class or race if they think their sub number is dropping too much.

I’ll never play one, I think they’re ridiculous. Along with the vermin Foxes, they’re just more proof that the game is going downhill at a rapid rate, and those at the controls are as desperate and clueless as they’ve been for a decade.

Out of place? Maybe, especially when there were other options they could have gone with.

Edgy? Not even a little.

I personally dont think gnomes and dwarves or 5+ variants of elves should be in the game, but you dont see me going on about it.

Cope. We are here to stay.

Edgy is the last word I would have used to describe Dracthyr.

I look at them and all I see are young kids who worked hard all year to be good and are just realizing Santa isn’t real and it was all a lie.

I agree 100%. There has been, in my opinion, a gradual creep in the art direction away from the style set forth by Metzen and Samwise in the early days. I’m baffled at how some of these designs made it into the game. Clearly, there has been a changing of the guard in the art department.

No, and many people felt the same way about pandas. Some people still feel that way. I think that at this point, crazier things have happened.

That’s didn’t fix it at all

You’re a Night Elf.

I am a Night Elf.

Let’s agree we are the best race in the game.

He’s saying bc Pandaren were a literal joke the Warcraft community didn’t embrace then. A concept art drawn by the artist for the birth of his daughter. Yes, the wiki page you reference mentions Chen was in Warcraft III. What it doesn’t mention is that it was a joke creation that almost everyone thought was satire. Then, yes Blizz almost made them the Alliance race in TBC but decided the lore of the eredari-turned-draenei fit a better story line (and most everyone agreed). Then Chen was announced as an April Fool’s joke as a playable character to overwhelming nerd response. People ironically thought it was funny… And here we are. Pandas. In Warcraft.

To the point of this article tho, the Dracthyr make a lot more sense in a new, expanded Warcraft lore.

I felt the same with pandas.
You’ll get over eventually.
