Am I not getting into EBGs because my account isnt old?

Haven’t played seriously since Cataclysm. I came back briefly a few years ago, but only really got back into it about a month ago… new-ish account, level 80 Beast Master boosted with the War Within Deluxe token. I haven’t done any of the major expansions yet, aside from dipping into Shadowlands on another toon and catching up to War Within on my Beast Master. Right now, queue times are brutal… anywhere from 30 minutes to over 2 hours, with the average easily over an hour.

You’re Honor Level 1.

I think you need to be Honor Level 30 to get into the larger bracket.

Your queues will remain long until you get to that point.

im honor level 530 and this while honor level thing making pvp entry harder is pretty dumb

You wouldnt say that if they reversed the pokicy. Burner accounts = bad

Im almost 3, I didnt realize you can change your character on this forum lol.

Regardless, guess its gonna be long queues until then. Very weird system for a mode that isnt ranked.

Yeah… you’re restricted in Epics until Honor Level 30 - but Honor Level 1s can infest BG Blitz (always on my team), and put up a whopping 9 million healing as a Disc Priest. Go figure.

Yes i would. Honor level isnt a metric for anything.

Is that what this is about? You want to die on the hill of “honor level doesn’t mean anything”?

Do you have a point aside trying to make the already incredible shameful and pointless amount of posts increase? it only proves horrid time commitment in case nobody ever told you the obvious.

Honor Level lets you know how long someone has been PVPing whether you like it or not. With the exception of Legion dailies, which I really wish they’d reverse.

Yeah, op once you are out of the rookie leagues queues are fast. It shouldn’t take long.

I actually said this very same thing to Jimi Hendrix back in the day. I said, Jimi, dedicating all of this horrid time commitment into playing a guitar… will never result in anything.

He’s dead now - and I’m Honor Level 3,014.

So, I eventually got the last laugh.

Smurfs aside, it’s just a metric of time. Still a fairly meaningless stat.

I’ll keep that in mind

Okay.

Yeah… I still remember LeBron James bragging about his total time played throughout his career on Twitter - and I responded ‘‘You do realize time played is a completely meaningless stat… don’t you, LeBum?’’

But he ended up blocking me.

I guess he somehow believes that time played = experience.

I think most of us would pick the guy who averages 3 minutes per game (Snowcrest…) to be on our team.

Honor level doesn’t mean anything outside of how much of a social life (or lack thereof) someone has. It’s the retail equivalent to the original r14 grind.

You have no idea how hard it was just to get the blue pvp gear from the wsg / ab vendor or the epic stuff from AV rep.
I dont think anythink in retail compares to Vanilla.
You def were not getting ANYTHING in Vanilla by yourself lol. (especially if you were as bad as me in Vanilla haha)

Nobody wants him on their team….i actually speak for the entire world….of Warcraft
