So I go to the House of Rituals in Maldraxxus for a World Quest and Draka tells me to help Sin’dane fight Kel’thuzad’s forces.

What?

Firstly I thought Sin’dane was our enemy. Secondly when did Kel’thuzad come into the picture? I mean I knew he was supposed to show up in Maldraxxus but I didn’t see him. Also the progress bar calls them Sin’dane’s forces.

Is this covered in the Necrolord campaign? If so why are they talking to someone who joined the Night Fae as if they know what the heck is going on? This has actually been a recurring problem with World Quests where the talking head tells me something that either refers to something I know nothing about or straight up contradicts the information I have.

Is this just a symptom of cut content because this expac was shoved out the door?

I completed the Necrolord questline on beta.

Yes, this is part of the campaign although im not entirely sure why that WQ would pop long before anyone has had the opportunity to make it that far in the questline.

Kel’thuzad is a Lich in the House of Rituals and usurps Sin’dane’s position. Kel’thuzad was a Baron under Sin’dane.

I kind of figured that when the Rituals guys kept referring to their new Baron.
But dang, way to spoil it Blizz.

Yeah, again, im not really sure why Blizz would spawn that WQ this early. It’ll be at least a month or two before anyone has the renown for that questline.
