I boosted an alt hpal as Zandalari, my main one is Draenei. I at first thought hpal racials are negligible unlike something like priest, mw where UD/NE are super good choices or sham where Orc is BiS.
I know human hpals are “meta” but honestly so boring 
. Is Zandalari racial useless or at least kind of usable? Again, just don’t care to be a human hpal unless it’s as big of an advantage like wotf or shadowmeld.
Also I don’t want to hear Bubblebuddy’s opinion cuz he betrayed us by going human hpal. I remember when I saw him as a cute baby dark iron dwarf in Valdrakken last xpac and I’d pst him “BUBBLEBUDDY!!!” Now he’s dead to me. 
I’m not listening to that traitor who sold themself out to be a sweaty human female.

Female human has the best racial in the game aka the race that looks the best. That alone makes it BiS not the garbage nerfed version of will to survive

Ya dwarf is getting shaman enabled. Unclear at this time if we will be able to do a one time race change or have to level a new one.

Probably because phase 8 is scarlet crusade and Undead Paladins actually existed in classic wow albeit unplayable

you get 2% more throughput from the passive and you can bubble channel to full. Honestly doesnt seem bad.
