or is there no way to remove a rune from your gear once it’s on. Deadly brew isn’t great for pvp because it breaks gouge and i want my piece of gear just empty of all runes…is this not possible?

Get a new Armor piece, currently the only option.
Or overwriting the rune with another
wow what an oversight by blizzard…cant say im surprised.
Get the Slaughter from the Shadows rune. Its probably the strongest pvp rogue rune currently in phase1. Its a chest slot rune and its easy af to get for both factions. You will probably want this rune for pvp either way so def should overwrite Deadly Brew with this.
For the Orc zones its found in a chest in Durotar - Drygulch Ravine.
Why don’t you just…get another rune?

Go farm the runes you need to replace it. How is that an oversight? Why would they want you playing without any runes in a gear slot?
