Alysrazor will not rise out of the crater she is in and cannot be killed, I have left and the event reset and she does the same thing. Cannot kill her or proceed further in Firelands. It does not do this on Normal mode though.
Can confirm this on my side as well. Normal is fine. Heroic the boss sits in the lava and cannot be hit.
