Nothing like playing a version of the game that has been out for YEARS, and having a heroic boss die in the air, AND THEN, to go to customer support and get told there is nothing anyone can do about it. What is the point of raiding and killing bosses if we encounter a bug every week? Just last week half our raid got locked out mid raid, mid combat, and got a completely different raid ID from the other half the raid. Two week the raid has been out, two weeks my team is getting screwed over.

Heard some people say that Rhyolith was bugging out too and respawning mid raid.
WoW doesn’t have customer support anymore.
Its literally a chat bot that sends “sorry we cant help you” precanned messages and resolves your ticket.
Has anyone actually gotten help with anything in game, the last 4 years?
Its a shame for those of us remembering actual game masters who would fix all sorts of these things.

The sad thing is, this is my experience. I started back around Cata launch around 2010, and you used to be able to get a ticket answered in less than 30 minutes, but no more than an hour at most. They would tell you funny jokes or would do funny things for you, and they almost always helped me with my in-game issues. There was a few times in Cata where quests would glitch out and you couldn’t finish them. Back then I believe I sent in two tickets over the course of OG Cata. Both times they told me to log out of my character so that they could mark the quest as complete. Now? it takes over 1 to 2 weeks to get a response, and 100% of the time, they just send you a link to Wowhead and they mark the ticket as resolved. They don’t help like they used to. It’s gotten so bad that I don’t even submit tickets anymore :\

Just happened to my group on 15.11. on EU. Not reachable even with Lottarang … Im really glad Im paying a monthly subsripction for this …

Guild mate that put in a ticket finally getting talked to as I type this out and the GM told him “They haven’t gotten any other reports of this issue and it is not something that can happen.” Clearly the Devs and GM’s are so out of tuned from their community they don’t know what is going on.
Yeah we tried that. Couldn’t get a spot that was able to tick her body. Had 9 other people trying even jumping off mountains and gliding to loot. We only have a 3 hour window to raid so we had to move on for time’s sake…
Keep making tickets.
Usually takes 4-5 before you get a person who actually reads.
