Hey guys, this is probably my greatest strategy video yet!
I figured out a way how one can ALWAYS win the Gravity Lapse brawl!

(One of the only ways you can really “lose” the brawl doing this strat is if the enemy team also watches the video and does the same exact strategy, so you might want to try it out sooner rather than later for the 100% win rates.)

So if both sides do the SAME strat, someone’s gonna lose, like it or not.
I mean I guess that’s a strategy, and the strategy is based around an exploit. Congrats on abusing an exploit I guess?
The only actual strategy I heard in that entire video, one which I actually never thought of but will 100% be using and thinking of until the end of me playing wow was at 2:07

Maybe stopping a core mechanic of the map by standing close to a rock was intentional, who knows I guess. Being in the tower, under part of the ruins etc I can see but standing next to a rock was probably unintentional.
The fact that it’s been like this every time the event has been up means nothing. In hotmogu people randomly lose the speed/haste increase buff and then randomly get it back throughout a match. That’s also been in there for years but there’s no way that was intentional

Just tried this on my Fury Warrior alt (for the 5 Heroic Leaps w/ the leggo), I stole the flag OK at the start, but then our team lost every teamfight. I dunno, seemed like Horde was super-geared and they just murdered our team. They held 3 bases so even with capping flags they still won.
I know you were playing with a few of your buddies in the videos, but what is the “plan B” when your team/pugs can’t win a teamfight? 
You can stand inside the buildings, and under the Fel Reaver, too. Such an exploit!
Next people will be complaining because their enemy turns their camera around.
Mine is mass root/ stun people over the chasm.

I agree that this really isn’t a super top secret technique but I wouldn’t call it an exploit. It is the same thing as ducking into BE/MT or standing under the Canopy in DR or the Reaver at FR. People figured that out 30 secs into their first attempt at this brawl.
Also that strategy can be countered by a DH that can recognize what is going on.
I just asked blizzard real quick if this was intentional, they said no. Feels good being right all the time

This is just a cheap plug for his YouTube and Twitch channels. And it’s not even a real strategy, just a silly exploit.

Cap the flags quicker.
For a moment in the video, the enemy team actually had 3 bases while we only had 1. But we still had a point lead just from the amount of times we were able to cap the flag over and over again.
It IS a real strat that has led to 100% win rates when used.
And it’s NOT an exploit since everything happening in the video is working as intended.
The Gravity Lapse mechanic is explicitly coded so that you WONT shoot up if something is above your head.
