An in game but report was submitted but I wanted to see if anyone else has seen this.
My wife has one toon that it is always raining on. I mean always if it is outside it is raining on this toon only. In any zone.
She dual boxes regularly and the second toon is in sunshine but this toon it is raining.
She has checked buffs, debuffs and addons and it keeps raining on this one toon.
Anyone seen anything like this?

Yep. Calita - Silver Hand. Constantly raining and I don’t know what’s causing it.
I just submitted a report of the same thing happening to me. I have one toon that is constantly in rain wherever I go with her. Does not happen on any other of my toons. The toon that this is happening to is my Pally-Shastaa. Hope this can be fixed soon, I’m getting soaked!
It seems this bug is affecting my char as well. Temporary fix for me was typing
/console WeatherDensity 0
The skybox remains cloudy and dark, however.

Me too. I can use hearthstones to go from Zuldazar to Dalaran to my Draenor garrison to Moonglade (druid) and it will start raining when I get there. This has been going on for a couple of months. Doesn’t happen on any other character-other faction druid, hunter, DH…etc. Weird and fairly obnoxious (makes it hard to see at night).
It’s been happening on my toon for months. I put in a bug report about four months ago with no response. I thought it was a joke because her name is DARKphoenixx. But now that I see it’s happening to others without DARK in their name, it’s even more irritating. I can’t see crap when I’m trying to fly somewhere. My viewing distance is severely limited. It put’s me at a disadvantage big-time when trying to do things out in the world. It’s seriously starting to piss me off.
I noticed this began happening about 2 weeks ago to my main only. It really hit me that something was clearly wrong when I flew around in Dun Morogh while it was raining! That place only ever snows. Hopefully this gets fixed, I really don’t want to switch mains because of something so annoying.
I would try deleting the WTF and Cache folders.
If it’s consistently happening on one toon only it may well be client side data corruption.
If deleting those two folders doesn’t work, try a complete UI reset.

I tried deleting those folders. I tried a complete UI reset. I tried a complete uninstall/reinstall of World of Warcraft. Then I did it a second time, even deleting Classic this time.
I even tried logging into the same character on my wife’s computer. Therefore I doubt it’s my local WTF and Cache folders or interface settings.
Has anyone found any fix for this, or ever been provided one from Blizzard? Are they just ignoring this bug?
