Alt+Z=Broke UI

After using Alt+Z to clear the interface, if you then come back to all the icons and such you cant interact with items in your bag or at a vendor until you log… even reload ui doesnt work
Alt+Z=Broke UI

Alt+Z activates the nVidia ShadowPlay overlay, which would block access to the game client UI. Are you using that?

its the basic one that is in the game. i do have a nvidia geforce rtx but i dont see how that matters… interesting perhaps you could help me figure out what shadowplay overlay is… let me try searching for it
interesting i see how that matters now haha i was reading on wiki… i searched in my computer for it but im not a computer guy so its like reading Chinese for me i cant tell the difference between this shed and that

I changed my nVidia settings from Alt Z to Alt V. Then, the game interface worked well.

how did you do that

Do your Alt + Z, will bring up your GEForce.

Go to your Settings cog in the lower right corner.

Go to your Keyboard Shortcuts option.

If you click where it says ALT + Z, it will highlight. Go ahead and hit whatever keybind you’d like to change that to, then it will change to read your current keybind.

Once that’s set, ALT + Z in WoW will work properly.

Hey Leilleath,

Thanks for posting this, it’s really great info. Having two keybindings on a system for the same thing can definitely cause problems.

Let us know if this solution works for you @Demilord!
