Altoholic not showing my main character

One of my characters stopped showing up on my Altoholic addon, if I go to characters he is still selectable but he won't show up on my summary, all other characters are working fine. I haven't changed anything lately besides upgrading to BFA. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling altoholic and atlasloot. I have also tried turning it on and off, restarting the game and even going into the addons file in my wow folder to manually disable and reanable it with no luck, please help
GD can't help you. Try the macros and UI forum or the addon's website.

I am having the same issue with every character that dings 111. Think the add-on hasn't been updated for BfA.

Yeah, altoholic hasn't been updated for bfa content yet.

Sucks of course, but nothing we can do but be patient. And if the author takes too long for your comfort, start looking for alternatives.
Thanks for all the help guys, anyone able to help with good alternatives just in case?
He's fixed this problem now - the setting to show "all" toons originally didn't show toons above 110, but update it at Curse, he's fixed it now.

He's updated it multiple times since 8.0 and also stated on the add-on's website that his life is very busy and updates may be slow going. At least it works baseline wit BfA, just gotta be patient, the dev does have a life outside of maintaining Altoholic

Yep, you are right, I updated and it didn't work until I hit level filter all again even though it was already set to that. Thank you so much.

I have the same issue. I finally just turned it off because it finally broke completely and wouldn't show ANY characters. And I love altoholic. :(
Just checked the level filter. Never really noticed it before. Of course I don't have like 40+ toons either.

Thanks for the heads up.

And I wasn't bashing on the author. I've waited patiently for addons to be updated, but not everyone has the same amount of patience. Some folks may not have the time to wait, so will have to look at alternatives. That's all I was saying.
It still isn't working for me. I even redownloaded it and when I check the all button on the level filter, now it only shows the one char that wasn't showing at all.
When is the last time you logged into the character?

If you updated the add on, you need to log in and out of each character for them to show up on Altaholic.

Edit: Never mind, nothing is showing above 110 on mine either. I just updated it yesterday. I thought it had updated to the current game content. I guess not.
If you aren't seeing 110+ characters, select one of the level range filters and then click on 'All' again. You should see everything after that.

Once you open up the Altoholic interface, there are 5 picture icons at the top center, the middle icon that looks like a golden crest/shield with number in the middle is for level filter.
Found the level range filter - theres nothing for characters over 110 even though ive recently updated Altoholic
Have you downloaded the most recent patch?
The one you can get from Twitch is 8.0.006 (15/08/2018)
It will have the range for 110-120 and 120 filters added.

YESSS!! Thank you so much! I had to hit the level filter, choose 110-120, then by going back to ALL instead of a specific rage, it had all of my characters listed regardless of them being level 20 , 110, 115, or 120.

It works! You're a lifesaver!!
