hey guys, I don’t wanna flood this place with a wall of text… So I will get straight to the point!
I have a bunch of alts, I make alts and play them for a while, have fun and then move on, sometimes I come back sometimes I kinda don’t.
But now Im itching to make another character in another server of a class that I already got to max level…
Is that ok? Leveling up a class you already got in another server just for the sake of it?
i have 2 level 120 warlocks, shaman, and paladins. one for each faction. yes it’s fine. 
what are you planning on making?
I have 2 Alliance 120 warriors, 1 120 rogue, and a 120 shaman on Horde. Its normal lol

I don’t see the problem, myself. Then again, I’m a pround alt’oholic that is getting closer and closer to the 50 character limit.
Usually, I write backstory and such for my characters, and usually I have a Horde and an Alliance variant of the same spec and class, when the inspiration comes.
If you’re having fun, then I say go for it. I have fun in the game playing my characters, and I also have fun writing out fiction outside of the game for them. Currently have different groups of five and plan to write out their adventures, sorta like a DnD campaign of sorts.

it’s ok, i have 24 alts at level 120.

I have 13 level 120s. 10 alliance 3 horde and the horde are dupes of alliance classes.

1 Death Knight

playing alts is fun and kept me from becoming bored of the game after 14 years, but now days being made to do the same insane grinds over and over for each alt has killed it.
If you enjoy it there is nothing wrong with it.
Yeah it is . Some ppl entire endgame is leveling alts.

I have 10 120 characters bunches of 110’s and 100s that are the same class on different servers for no reason at all.

Well unless you want to token it up to give that char money another class you like and know well on a new server is a really good idea imo.
They will be your money maker so best if you can work them well. And want to be on them.
Also assuming your new server not paired its nice to have liked classes on them. My MG guild needs a druid…I am there. if on Cael for the day…I am there for that guild lol.
Nagrand would have a druid too but I just CBA to work up the z troll druid. She is level 45. Hoping they “fix” druid lore and story because at this point I can’t get into her horde druid story too much.
And I hate just spamming buttons for xp/gold as my only reason to be on that char. It makes me feel empty on the inside.

Personally i like keeping all of my alts on the same server so that they can farm for each other. I send BOE gear to each other for transmog purposes too. I have 7 toons at max level with all professions represented except that i havent levelled a rogue yet. Thats my next one to level.
It makes sense to have some alts for gameplay and profession reasons. Druids make great particularly great farming toons since they can farm herbs without leaving travel form and theres no cast time on changing form.
