Altitis. Help Needed

I was sure I had it beat for Classic. I was sure that I would be able to play one toon. But, got my paladin to 30 and then thought, a hunter would be nice. Then leveled this guy to 27 and thought “Played a hunter all through Vanilla.”

Rolled a warrior, got to 17 and am now playing a priest at 11.

Never gonna get to 60 at this rate. Especially since I don’t get to play that much.

Perhaps a warlock will be the way to go…

Are you enjoying the game? Then it’s working as intended.

I am sorry to hear about your disease. This is an unfortunate side effect of using this “World of Warcraft”.

That won’t cure a thing!

I played this guy maybe 2 weeks pretty regularly at 60, and now he’s nearly shelved to get my mage to 35 for artisan tailoring to make bags for my 30 druid, unless of course I go back to my 40 horde druid or hunter instead, but if I go play more horde I’ll probably actually just try to get that orc warlock to 60, which will make me want to keep pace with my gnome lock as well, and then I still really need to get around to getting my warrior up to at least 40, not to mention that 17 rogue I haven’t touched since the first week of classic.

As long as you are having fun then do not let anyone tell you how to play! When I find myself interested in working on a bunch of alts I usually set up a rotation…play a different character for “x” days before rotating to the next one.

This allows you to keep your gameplay experience fresh while also decreasing your leveling time by allowing you to gain rested experience on the characters you aren’t currently playing.

It may take longer to get a single 60…but if you have four other characters above 50 by the time you get there then I would say you did something right!

I too suffer from altitis.

I do my best to rotate thru alts to burn up rested xp. It helps keep things somewhat fresh.

Just play your hunter. warrior and paladin are annoying to level and priest only if you like to heal. Hunter levels the fastest and farms gold the fastest

It can actually be quite fun setting up a network of Alts, with interplaying professions, as well as sending useful boe greens and blues that drop on one character to another character.

The levelling experience really is the jewel of Classic WoW and this helps further enrich it.

I feel you.

Got a 56 Hunter this Warrior a 36 Druid 35 Lock and a 35 Mage Horde side and a 20+ Pally/Rogue on Ally

Get your disgusting alts out of here and grind rank 14 like a normal person. :kissing_heart:

I’ve vowed to not play other toons until I hit sixty.

My fingers itch to level that mage though.
