I want to address this one before battlegrounds are released and we hear the same thing we did in 2020 again.
Please give us TBC prepatch Alterac Valley Blizzard. Its blatantly unfair for the Horde to have such a big advantage with the starting cave position. Alliance shouldn’t have a 95% loss/win ratio anymore. Thank you.
They won’t.
Then horde will brag about how bad ally are in AV like they did in era, then when the dark portal launches all of a sudden alliance win AV for some reason.
They are heavily in denial about how massive the current map favors horde.
Also it isn’t the cave position it’s the fact they get to use it as a graveyard immediately after ibgy is contested.
When ally trade ibgy for shgy ally now rez all the way at spgy 10 at a time but horde now spawn in their cave 20 at a time.
Ally can never even flip their first objective because of the cave rez.
If alliance sends 5-10 people on D they can generally wipe horde O.
Problem is people only want honor in AV and few are there to actually pvp.
It’s all good, there tends to be several clowns horde side that get their kicks off of pulling ally druids to wipe the zug rush, afterwards half their teams leaves due to suboptimal honor gains.
