Heads up the achievement doesn’t give you anything at all. It doesn’t work. Don’t waste your time on this, I’ve seen countless people raging over the time they’ve wasted doing this to not get the mounts.

Players who participate in Korrak’s Revenge and complete the Alterac Valley of Olde achievement can earn two mounts: the Stormpike Battle Ram (Alliance) and the Frostwolf Snarler (Horde)."

But ok, you need to check your progress on a single character in the PVP menu

This guy did and didn’t receive the mount
It’s ok, though. Keep queuing up 20 minute waits for a slog of a pvp match that won’t give you the reward it’s supposed to.

I think that was for the 15th Anniversary, not this one.
Glad I got that done the first year it was out. Hope it gets fixed soon for all those who didn’t.

Oh well, what do you know. Looks like the mount rewards are glitched and should be reported as such.
Blizzard will fix this about a week before the event ends. And claim past completions aren’t retroactive for the rewards.

This is the most likely scenario I think.
Is it even possible to still get the achievement? If so, how do I get progress?
You have to wait until they re-release Alterac Valley Classic for the WoW anniversary event to get the achievement.

Guess I’ll just have to do AV cause it’s my favorite, instead of for the mount.

I think maybe I wish Blizzard can finally update Alterac Valley so that I can finally die happy knowing the fact that the Dwarven and Orcish Towers are HD Fully Beautiful like Warsong and Arathi Basin.
