me as well, lmao. i just really love when they close my ticket and make it impossible to reopen and not do literally anything at all. itâs so cool and fun
If I spent all day grinding this and missed out on a day with amazing experience buffs only to not get the mount Iâm entitled to, then Iâm going to seriously reconsider buying Dragonflight.

Same issue here, just completed the achievement a little bit ago but I have yet to receive my mount(s). Hopefully thisâll get fixed soon 'n weâll get our mounts yet 
So Blizzard now has a support article (Article ID: 255452) that states:
COMMON PROBLEMS
- I acquired 200 timewarped badges but I did not receive my mount.
- How do I get the Frostwolf Snarler/Stormpike Battle Ram?
- Did the Anniversary PvP event but didnât get the mount
We have received multiple reports of this issue and can confirm it is not working as designed. Currently, we do not have a workaround or resolution that can be provided. We apologize for any inconvenience while our developers work as quickly as possible to resolve the issue.

Nah brah, If this is the type of âqualityâ and response I can expect from Blizzard then itâs time to quit and Iâm not buying Dragonflight.
The quest to earn the Frostwolf Snarler (Horde) or Stormpike Battle Ram (Alliance) will pop up as a bonus objective when entering Alterac Valley, and the mount will be rewarded upon completion of the quest.
Any badges earned prior to the November 10 fix will not count as credit toward the quest, and must be re-earned.
Note: The Mount Journal incorrectly states that these mounts are awarded via achievements. This issue will be fixed in a future patch.

Their rush copy/paste job from previous years is showing now they have to rewrite the entire thing just to cover it up.
Seriously, in an event that clearly has no love put into it (check sub 200 ilvl rewards) with nothing new in it Iâm to believe that it was their intent to completely rewrite how this mount was rewarded? What was that design meeting like? âHey guys lets touch nothing besides for the way you earn the mount. Right now its an achievement to earn 200 TW badges, lets make it a bonus objective instead (???)â
Their copy/paste job broke something and this is their hacky fix to get around it. Expect more like this in Dragonflight

I tried finishing the bonus objective today and still have not had any luck. Instead the objective is showing as complete (green checkmark and all) but is stuck. I still dont have the mount after farming 400 badges. JeezeâŠ
Apparently, the quest will complete and dispense its rewards several hours after completion, probably by surprise.
At least, thatâs whatâs being reported by other players.
Bonus objective marked as complete but not popping too ;/ waited a week and hoped the weekly reset would fix this but nope. Tried opening a ticket but the wait time is at 40+ DAYS and the timer keeps going up every day⊠not sure what to do anymore

This is what they were saying after the first wave of complaints, that they changed it from an achievement to a PvP objective but did not change the quest or indicate this in any of the promotional information.
Im on same problem, hope they will give us our Mount!
Try disable all addons and then log out and log in again. This fixed the problem for me. It will pop up a new quest with the reward that you can click finish directly once you logged in again.
I have this problem for over 10 days now, so disconnecting, changing character or realm didnt actually work out. Even tried changing the language, dissabling all addons, quitting any existing related quest on every character with no luck. I won all the 200 badges in one character, kept playing the same BG over and over hoping the quest pop up in some point in there (I read that some players keep earning badges after the 200 had the quest finally end) but was no succesfull to me. At this point we canât even hope for a ticket to solve this any time this year.
the completed bonus objective vanished from my log with the end of the event and nope, no mount.
