Alt progression locked/reverted since patch

The Portal to Valdrakken is stating that it requires level 70, even though prior to the patch I was able to use it on lower level characters without issue.

The minimap button that usually has the dragon isle renown and dragon riding glyphs is now locked to the shadowlands covenants. It is impossible to get dragon riding up to level without the use of a macro.

“Summon Random Mount” does not summon a dragonriding mount, even though I can manually mount one up and use it.

Adventure mode DOES seem to be working, however I had to do the starting three quests on the isle before being able to select a zone.

I have MANY 70’s, only a handful have completed the campaign, however that is all it should take. I tried logging onto the character that I know I have completed the DF campaign and that did not fix anything.

It should never require level 70 to use the Valdrakken portal in Stormwind or Ogrimmar.

For new players it should only require Level 60.

For players who already completed the zones on their Level 70 main it should unlock Valdrakken for any and all alts they choose to bring. Even then, once again, never ever should that portal be locked to anyone who is at least Level 60.

I switched over to a couple alts who are level 64 alts and was baffled when I had to Hearthstone them to Valdrakken as the portal suddenly was denying them to return to where they had been, and denying the portal they had used.

Blizzard, please fix this regression.

With MoP Timerunning coming up, they want everybody they can to level in that new content so it will show a participation spike they can report. The Legion portal now no longer works for <45 players. Chromie time only provides access to dungeons for those players who previously were able to level in Legion content. The breadcrumb quest was removed for both wod and Legion.

These changes seem very buggy and poorly thought out, as though they were a last minute idea.
