After your first level 70 can you please make a purchasable boost to 70. I don’t want to play through this a 4th time or have to deal with in game power level offers.
Let’s just get this deal done directly.

How lazy can people get?
In my time you were 2 to 3 weeks to level up and to complete a mission you had to kill 300 yetis to get 7 horns.
I value my time and am tired of helping little Timmy find his dad’s pocket watch that he lost for the 1000th time.
I’m sorry you find this a valuable use of your time. I do not.
Already played through this multiple times. It’s not challenging or interesting at the least, nor is it an accomplishment. It’s just a time suck.
I played at launch as well. Folks also weren’t buying/selling runs and leveling which is appalling that they ever allowed it. Just take the $20 and let’s get this over with.
Leveling was an accomplishment (or at min time commitment) back in the day. It’s not anymore.
I will never understand buying a game and paying someone else to play it for you…
Legion had the easiest leveling for me: heirlooms with 5 or so invasion events each got me 17 characters to 110 within four months after earning pathfinder, even without doing the 3-player scenario.
Compared to shadow lands, only 3 of my alts leveled there, the other 24 got to 60 via holiday and Darkmoon quests over the course of that expansion
That’s what this game is. Always has been. It’s always either Timmy’s dad’s watch or a tyrannical gnoll warchief or elementals overruning a village or 30 berries you need to gather and it happens all over again on every alt you play.
That’s World of WarCraft. Doesn’t matter if you’re questing or raiding, it’s all repetitive. None of it is challenging. As for interesting, that’s up to you. I like reading my favorite books and watching my favorite movies over and over. By that same token, I enjoy completing my favorite quests over and over. But if I don’t like an area, I don’t like the idea of doing it again. I’ve completed every soloable quest in this game except for a few in the current expansion. If I didn’t want to do any of the zones over again, I’d quit and find a different game to play, because enjoying repetition is literally all this game offers. Things are only new the first time you go through the content. After that, it’s all recycled. That’s just the nature of WoW. ![]()
To be fair, a lot of us were still either high school or college-goers back then - not too big of a deal to do those grindy og quests where you farm 300 yetis and 7 horns when you have unlimited free time due to not working/not holding a job
Imagine trying the same grind-sessions now as working adults, it just won’t happen ![]()
“things are different now”
Was that enjoyable for you.
that is not an unreasonable request at all. just mail every character that’s logged in the last 30 days a full set of 415 gear too. because why even play the game?
Then stop playing.
But then you don’t get blessed with my wonderful presence. I can’t possibly do that to you sweetheart.
A guildie told me he’s been taking a 60 fresh into DF, joining an element farming raid, and two hours later the alt is 70.
I guess he will go back and do whatever later story wise.
What’s boosting to 70 have to do with progressing end game gear?
Actually, you might as well allow people to exchange WoW tokens directly for gear, it’s how it works indirectly now anyways lol.
You can get to lvl 70 just doing the main campaign questline with a few wqs and bonuses mixed in. I love how easy it is this time around. Also, if you tried really hard you can get lvl 70 in a day. It’s the easiest it’s ever been to lvl up in wow.
It’s not a question of difficulty but of time/enjoyability. Boost for $20, which it takes what 4hours maybe to level. $5/hr
I far value my time in life than $5/hr, especially doing a task I don’t enjoy. I’d rather just spend the money and get it over with. I’m sure others feel the same. I don’t want to take away from other people’s fun though, so if that’s your bag, have at it and enjoy replaying the game.
Honestly outside of them finding some dragon island and us meeting the factions. I’m not quite sure what the expansion is about… and that’s ok to me.
I just want to World PvP, play Arena and BG’s.
Things are different now, but that isn’t the main reason. WoW had plenty of players who were working adults in age when it released. Lots and lots, actually. Folks who are still playing now and are in their 50s and 60s and so on. So we managed to do the 300 yetis and hold down a job and a family and so on.
But things certainly have changed. The players as a whole, regardless of age, are far less patient for that kind of thing than we used to be, because in general gaming has changed – we are all more interested in speedier advancement, high QOL and so on than we were, regardless of age, in 2004 when everyone was used to EQ.
I leveled up a BUNCH of characters to just below 50 in SLs…plenty of time to do it with that garbage expansion.
I have a small army to bring into DF
Can I just buy a token or something to have someone manually contract my diaphragm every couple seconds. I just cannot be bothered to breathe. It’s so boring.
He wants to play the game, the one from the Dragon Isles, in Dragonflight, without having to spend 3 days in outdated Silverpine forest for nothing.
The first 2-3 times it’s okay, now it’s just boring for a lot of players
Today “the game” begins at level 60
