These proposed changes are absolute BS. Plain and simple. I want to quote someone who hit it on the head:
I want to say this to the devs cause they to hear it: Many of us Don’t quit expansions. We don’t quit because of flying. We don’t quit because a patch leaves content out… Many of us, myself included, quit because the very conduit through which we experience your game keeps getting picked on while you ignore classes that everyone has been complaining about for MONTHS. There is absolutely no reason that Havoc and some of the other mentioned classes should have skated through these proposed changes with basically nothing done to them. The issues with some of these other classes are so glaring that it boggles the mind how you failed to address it.
I personally love this expansion. I cheerlead for it. I’ve told my friends about it, but then you go and do something like this and now my outlook is bleek simply because you will not leave my class alone while not touching others that are as broken as the day is long.
BTW, did you folks stop and think how this effects soul tap?!?!
I see you literally just destroyed DKs. Yeah, they were a problem. So many threads about DKs i had trouble sifting through them all…no wait, that was Havok.
WoW PvP has always been an imbalanced joke. The entire system needs to be scrapped and rebuilt. Honestly, let’s be real. Compared to any other halfway successful mmo WoW’s system has always been a train wreck.
This isn’t really true. The only MMO with solid PvP in recent memory is SWTOR, and that’s partially because everything is literally mirrored across factions.
Still, it’s worth it for people to voice concerns. Trying to balance it is better than saying “nah, too hard lol”
I think you are mostly right but damnit, MoP was at least close. This crap here. This is straight BS. No way in any rational universe Havok skates through like that.
Very true, but let’s address the real issue and fix it rather than keep applying bandaids to a wound that cannot be healed. The patient is dead. Tear it down and rebuild it right. It has never been balanced, it has never been fair, and it has never truly rewarded anyone other than those few imbalanced specs and the players of them who grind out the best gear.
They’ll tune again before S1 starts, and probably again after the RWF. WW might skate through again, but Havoc will get its deserved nerfs soon enough.
