Everyone has their limits, & when they can’t take it no more, they leave, like in a relationship, if you have to endure an uncaring & abusive partner for long enough, you’ll leave, trust me.
Blizzard doesn’t seem to realize, xpac after xpac, that balance > pretty pixels/new tech > story > new game modes/mechanics.
Take Torghast & Island Expeditions for example, neither of them made a dent in player satisfaction/positive perceptions. Balance on the other hand ALWAYS affects player satisfaction/perceived joy.
