Which version of Shadowlands did you originally purchase from Blizzard?
I see you have the achievement for the Ensorcelled Everwyrm (which was included in the Heroic & Epic digital versions AND the physical Collector’s Edition).
I cannot view your pets or mounts as the Armory is bugging out at the moment, so not sure what other goodies you may already have in your collection.

It’s tough, but that is the danger of buying such items 2nd hand.
- Approach the seller/Ebay, especially if they claim the code was never used, for a refund.
- Keep it for the physical goodies.
If the code has been redeemed by someone, there isn’t anything Blizzard can do.

Well, that is a problem. This is not something Blizzard can handle with. Since you’ve purchased outside of any of Blizzard’s platforms, this is something you’ll have to raise up between the the seller and yourself on eBay.
Sorry, but there is nothing that can be done here, and the GM’s will also be telling you the same thing.
If the advertiser has listed it as unused, and says includes unused code, and you did not get that, you can try with the eBay resolution center. eBay does have policies in regards to false advertisements, so that would be the best bet truthfully.
