Already had 310% flying mount, now nerfed to 280% and must pay to have it 310% again?

Got a 310% flyer back in TBC and noticed it’s now suddenly only 280% speed on beta.

In OG Cata if you already had a 310% mount you didn’t have to buy the training, it was automatically honored.

Please fix.
