Killed the Alpha Anima Devourer and then the hunt did not complete.

Same issue over on Rexxar. We killed the Alpha and didn’t get credit. The quest seemed to break for everyone including those that weren’t present at the time. The active step for the quest remained on killing the Alpha and it would not respawn even after killing all the other flying devourers on the map. As it is, no one can complete the quest until it resets.
Same here, yet another bugged hunt.
You guys are even seeing it to kill?
Seriously though, another bugged hunt, won’t even spawn. Dot’s there, mob’s not.
