I was so excited - my tubby panda got Alpaca Soul from the world boss and he excited dashed back to Ardenweald to turn it in. The nice blue bird lady said the “shape is now yours” and… it’s not on the list.

At the bottom on the list, there is an option for “more shapes” hit that and it cycles through more that you have unlocked.

Aww… thank you. I reported in the bug forum and hopefully it will show up later. I want to be a alpaca hunter with a pair of alpaca pets with a baby alpaca in tow!

No, it’s an Ardenweald “wildshape” thing. One of the covenant abilities.
Oh, that is cool. I guess that narrows down some of my choices when I finally get around to doing covenant stuff.

This has been happening for me too! Got the Alpaca soul yesterday, unlocked it at Lady Muunn, and it’s nowhere on any of the pages or lists.
Just to rule it out, you did click “What other forms can I take?” multiple times right? If its an option at the bottom, it means there is still more pages to scroll through. When your only choice is “Return to my previous options” then there are no more pages to scroll through. They all seem to have set positions so you even encounter a page with almost nothing on it, there may be another page. For me Alpaca was on page 4, IE I had to click the other forms option 3 times.

Someone in the bug report told me how to fix it - you have to click “show me more forms” until it shows up (for me it was three times).
Now I have my floofy alpaca form!
Mine is on the list but it turns me into a pig not an alpaca. 
You have to go thru like three pages of options saying more shapes. It’s there just buried quite deep. Definitely worth the clicks though.
Make sure you page through what else she has to offer it’s on the last page
It would make too much sense to put them all on one page
my monk just uses the default one (i have others i don’t use) when he has no charges of roll or whatever left. i think most of them look ridiculous, but i don’t like most cosmetic things in the game at all so.
Alpaca Soul best Soul! I have it on all my Fae toons.
Keep going. There are actually empty pages before some of them show up. The option keeps going.
