I opened up a CS ticket because while trying to complete the priest class order hall campaign on the quest “A Gift of Time”. The NPC Alonsus Faol is not appearing at the location. I do not have access to the class order hall yet. He is not on a mission. How can I complete this quest?

I have the same problem. I submitted a ticket and was dismissed with them saying they “don’t give hints”, but this sure appears to be bugged to me. Not standing where he should be in Dalaran, can’t turn it into Alonsus in either version of Tirisfal where he stands, and no portal yet to my Order Hall since this is the first one on this character.
Interestingly, I noticed that the quest marker points to the same coordinates directly underneath Dalaran down in the ocean. Really seems bugged to me.

I’m having the same issue. I’m wondering if it’s connected to what’s causing the issue with the Rogue order hall quest having invisible walls blocking you from completing getting into the Hall of Shadows.

Having the same problem. Finished the quest line for the Lights Wrath all the way up to the point where I am supposed to find Alonsus Faol and he is not where is normally is. Quest is not finish-able in this state.
it must have something to do with the current pre-patch event, it is very unfortunate.
everything else is fine, except this one.
Just thought I would toss in my +1 to this issue… I’ve tried everything I can think of… restarting the quest, teleporting using the offered portal, using my hearthstone, even going to Northrend Dalaran just in case… What is really odd is that my quest log has check boxes for Go to the marked location (Complete), Stop the Ritual and acquire the Blade (Complete) and Return to Alonso’s and Moira (Complete)… So even though they aren’t here. the game thinks they are @_@
