Almost half my honor is gone

i lost half my honor from last week.

i know theres nothing anyone here can do about that, but what im asking is how to i submit a ticket to report this.

all i get when i attempt to submit a ticket for them to look at my individual account is a canned statement about how they know theres problems with honor.

am i missing something here?
