The oddest part of these conversations are people defending being anti social in an MMO. I mean if you don’t want to participate in the social aspects ie forming groups and such, then why not play a single player RPG? Wouldn’t that be easier or less frustrating?

I’ve only got a few minutes.
People play MMOs for different reasons. Slaying dragons in a scripted fight doesn’t appeal to everyone. Some people like more of a challenge, like rated pvp. Devoting 3 interrupted hours IS asking a lot when you don’t particularly care for the content. Some people will suffer through a little PVE to make them better in PVP or vice versa but not when that amount of time is required. Most raid content can be facerolled but gathering 25 people isn’t so easy.
Several years ago i used to love being in a guild but now id just rather not see the idiotic spam that most green text produces.

You can be social with RDF, in fact with RDF, the amount of groups would increase which means people would be more social than they are now.

My experience is much different that yours with RDF. In my experience it creates more problems than it solves.
With the subscriber count tanking over time as well. I wonder why
wow the least common class in the game says “just join a guild”. you accepting ret paladins?
Luckily for you, you don’t have to use it when they add it, you are free to keep using LFG and be in a guild etc.

Logical fallacy acknowledge by the devs. If introduced it will be meta and players will be forced to use it. But if you need to tell yourself that its fine with me. If they add it with ICC no worries, that’s where it belongs.
Doesnt really mess with them. People are just quite dumb at changing roles.
If you are “forced” to use it, it’s because everyone wants to. The two things are mutually inclusive. The only way rdf can force you to use it is if not enough people choose to still use lfg. if that is the case, then it’s because the majority of people disagree with you.
So, what you want, is slaves.

You do not have to chase the meta, you can keep using LFG if you want to. Pro-RDF players just want the option to use RDF too.

It allows classes that can’t even tank to que as a tank, the whole tool is buggy.
