Allow transfer of Coreforged back into Draconic

Please with the upcoming phase add some sort of feature to change Coreforged tier back into Draconic.

This could be integrated with Tarnished Undermine Reals, Commendations, or some other items allowing for exchange for a token that can be turned in with the Coreforged item in exchange for the original Draconic item from Nefriendius.

Blizzard want people to be grinding 3 tiers of sets for off spec with 2 bonuses each therefore needing 6 sets of gear for your alts or off spec in non current AQ phase ICANT
